His Opinion: hotel generally good except for the almost constant loud "bangs" which appeared to come from the kitchen area during service times. unfortunately this meant, 7.00am to 11am, short gap then most of the afternoon and, particularly about 6.00pm until after midnight, well after we had gone to bed and were trying to sleep. note that the hotel provides "allday breakfast", anytime a guest requires. noise and vibrations was audible/felt even with 2 earplugs in. we did mention this when leaving. peter and margaret day.

His Opinion: It felt like a luxurious home away from home with warm and competent staff as well as wonderful service. The breakfasts were spectacular and the yoghurt bowl a work of art. We will certainly return to this lovely oasis in the middle of Palma!

His Opinion: Sehr schönes Haus! Sehr freundliche Mitarbeiter an der Rezeption! Sie versuchen alle Wünsche zu erfüllen. Frühstück a la carte dauert zwar etwas länger als Buffet, dafür schmeckt es umso besser, weil frisch zubereitet!
Die Liegen auf der Rooftop-Terasse und am Gartenpool waren für 24 Zimmer zu wenig! Meistens belegt!
